Usage of the Service may be subject to fees based on subscription tiers and word count limits.
Billing cycles are monthly, beginning on the user’s registration date.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
 
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user data) are the property of LeaderTalk and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

 
8. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including voice recordings and transcripts.
By using the Service, you grant LeaderTalk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze your content solely to provide the Service.
